The summer sun rises early in the morning, in the surrounding countryside the silence and the slow steps of those who work every day in the vegetable garden, taking care of the fruit trees and vegetables.

Our cook prepares cakes, doughnuts and biscuits every day, with fresh eggs from the henhouse, and jams from our fruit. The warm freshly baked focaccia fills the air with the smell of home. At the buffet everyone can help themselves as they please, choosing from the various courses with strictly fresh and seasonal products, prepared according to traditional recipes.

Nature Park
A stunning 18-hectare park surrounds the estate, perfect for walks and moments of relaxation immersed in nature, among the scent of aromatic herbs and the essences of Mediterranean scrubland. The surrounding woods make every walk a multisensory experience of silence, light and fragrances.
Gravina Trovanza
Continuing towards the Gravina Trovanza, in the "Terra delle Gravine" Natural Park, you discover a fascinating rock village with the frescoed crypt Mater Domini, dating back to the 12th century.
Cooking Class
The cooking class at Mastropà is an authentic and engaging experience, dedicated to preparing fresh pasta, panzerotti, focacce and other local specialities, guided by our cook. Afterwards, guests taste their own creations in a reserved corner of the estate, accompanied by a glass of wine.

The water Cave
In a space immersed in the Mediterranean woods, signs of rock settlements dating back to the 10th century: rainwater collection channels in the calcarenite rock. A meditative massage with the sound of water flowing along its original path.

Mastropà is located in the "Terra delle Gravine" natural park, a strategic position for visiting the most interesting places in Puglia and Basilicata, with their quaint villages and historic traditions. The sea, the Itria Valley, Salento, Matera, the Marta Archaeological Museum in Taranto, and many other attractions are just a few kilometers from Mastropà and easily accessible by car.
